Professional Fees

  • Our fees are designed to be as straightforward as possible, so patients are never surprised with a medical bill from our office.
  • These fees are applicable to patients who do not have insurance or have insurances we are out-of-network with i.e., Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Medicaid, Out of State etc.,
  • We accept all major credit cards, check, cash, health savings account (HSA) and flexible spending accounts(FSA).
  • We can provide a “super bill” so you can submit the claim to your insurance.
  • We offer 20% discount if the patient has Military | Healthcare | Police | Firefighter | Teacher background.

NOTE: If the procedure is performed at an out patient surgery center, the fees charged by that center are independent of our practice and are in addition to the professional fees we charge.
