What is Obturator Internus Syndrome?

Obturator Internus Syndrome is pain caused by dysfunction (tightness, trigger points, or spasm) of the obturator internus muscle — a deep pelvic/hip rotator that can refer pain to the buttock, perineum, tailbone, groin, or down the back of the thigh.

Symptoms
